Apollo taps Amazon’s Carletta Ooton to be new Head of ESG for Private Equity
Global alternative investment manager Apollo announced recently the appointment of Carletta Ooton as Head of ESG for Private Equity. In her new role, Ooton will advance ESG initiatives and integration across Apollo’s entire private equity portfolio. Credit Suisse AM names Jeroen Bos Global Head of Sustainable Investing
Credit Suisse announced this month that it has hired Jeroen Bos, appointing him to the newly created position of Global Head of Sustainable Investing for Asset Management. In his new role, Bos will manage Credit Suisse Asset Management’s sustainability initiatives while working to strengthen its global sustainable investment offering. “The appointment of a Global Head of Sustainable Investing for Asset Management underscores our commitment to the topic, and reflects the continued, growing importance of sustainability and ESG integration for our clients and for Credit Suisse. We are confident that Jeroen is the ideal candidate to drive forward and accelerate our sustainability efforts in Asset Management.”
BNY Mellon’s Newton Investment Management appoints Therese Niklasson Global Head of Sustainable Investment

Carbon accounting platform Persefoni appoints Anne Reaney as Head of Sales amidst UK expansion
Climate management accounting platform Persefoni announced recently the appointment of Anne Reaney as Co-Founder of Persefoni UK and Head of Sales, EMEA. Persefoni’s SaaS platform enables enterprises and institutional investors to analyze, forecast, and report on their carbon footprint, utilizing AI to provide contextual sustainability performance indicators for their organization.
