FOOD SECURITY + PRODUCTION

The way we produce, consume and care for our food and food systems

Modern farming practices are making our land extremely susceptible to ever-changing weather and climate, which results in variable and unstable output. In addition, our current approach to farming has not been scaled to accommodate our ever-increasing global population. In order for us to survive, we need to change the way we produce, consume and care for our food and food systems.

The Good Food Purchasing Program transforms the way public institutions purchase food by creating a transparent and equitable food system built on five core values: local economies, health, valued workforce, animal welfare, and environmental sustainability. Imagine the future we could grow

We started by aligning with key global frameworks like the UN Sustainable Development Goals, Project Drawdown, and The World Economic Forum. We continue to build with all platforms to allow a globalized system of collaboration.

We know environmental solutions exist, we just need to make them better, easier, smarter and a more natural choice than those that harm the planet.
