Sky Cowans is a video creator and multimedia storyteller who explores health and wellness trends and topics on her YouTube channel Sky Life and social media platforms. Sky covers topics in fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, biohacking, holistic health, and ancient healing modalities. At the beginning of this year, she produced a documentary that appeared on Yes Theory about Wim Hof, and experienced extreme-cold, superhuman training with "The Iceman" himself. Sky got her start making viral videos at BuzzFeed and launched her channel Sky Life in 2018. Sky has a degree in broadcast journalism from Elon University.
