Producer / Songwriter /Musician / Environmentalist As songwriter his songs included the Grammy Hall of Fame song ‘Under the Boardwalk’ and Grammy winning ‘Ai no Corrida’ . His songs were recorded by The Rolling Stones, Jay \- Z, Joni M itchel, Debbie Harry, Quincy Jones, Kenny Rogers, Ben E. King, Drifters, Shirelles and others Recipient of the United Nations Global 500 Award for outstanding environmental achievement, he founded the climate change awareness, and marine life preservation organisation Artists Project Earth – APE \- , which has supported close to 400 projects around the world. Previous to APE he co \- founded the NGO, Earth Love Fund which supported and initiated over 200 community based projects in Brazil, Africa, Asia and Australi a. Among his many productions, Kenny produced APE’s houseband, Rhythms Del Mundo’s six albums which featured top Cuban and African musicians in collaboration with many artists including Bob Dylan, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Amy Winehouse, Radiohead, U \- 2, Beyonc e’, Arctic Monkeys, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and others. As musician, he plays percussion and guitar with Rhythms Del Mundo, and former bands Fox, Yellow Dog, Gentlemen Without Weapons and others. His current initiatives with APE is helping to save our end angered oceans from the devastating deluge of plastics. APE has presented the Oceans Plastics Crisis Summit in London in Feb. 2018, where they launched two major Comprehensive Plastics Reports and the debut of their 6 th major album Plastic Oceans. Ft.
