You will have the opportunity to meet environmental business leaders and solutionists shaping the future. We will have live music, an incredible dinner and exciting discussions with experts from the private, public and philanthropic sectors to highlight environmental innovators.
Food provided by Mads Refslund. Mads Refslund is a Danish chef living in New York City and an advocate for New Nordic cuisine / terroir based kitchen. He just came out with his first cookbook about how we can turn waste food into treasure. Start of 2019 he will open his first New York based restaurant with the concept of fire and ice. He is also the co-founder of Noma.
